Tina Larsson, CIO

Tina Larsson is the Chief Investment Officer of Pendo LLC, which she co-founded in February of 2007. Ms. Larsson has over 19 years experience in portfolio management and investment research. In her capacity as a general analyst, Ms. Larsson conducts bottom-up fundamental research and heads the research team. Ms. Larsson began in 1996 as a research analyst at Horizon Asset Management, Inc. an independent asset management firm and provider of proprietary research. She has been published in multiple subscription-based investment research products. During her tenure as a portfolio manager and growth into the acting COO (2002-2007), this division grew from approximately $75MM to approximately $12 billion AUM. Ms. Larsson has a BBA and MBA, both from Pace University.

Mark Foley, President

is the President of Pendo LLC, which he co-founded in February of 2007. Mr. Foley has over 26 years experience in the financial industry. As part of the research team, Mr. Foley is a generalist conducting fundamental bottom-up research. He is a member of the firm's investment committee which makes all investment decisions, and he also leads the firm's economic research. Mr. Foley's research and commentary is frequently published on financial websites such as Morningstar, The Motley Fool, The Business Insider, AdviceIQ and the Greater New York Mensa Newsletter. Prior to co-founding Pendo LLC, Mr. Foley had extensive investment experience, focusing on value investing and research. Mr. Foley began his Wall Street career with Shearson Lehman Hutton in 1988, and also served as an independent consultant specializing in financial institutions, working with many of the industry's largest banks and wire houses as a Financial Management Consultant. Mr. Foley continues to be actively involved as a mentor, and has also been an invited guest lecturer for the Executive MBA programs of both UNH and Pace University. Mr. Foley has a BS from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Pace University.

Roseanna Torres, Managing Director

is Managing Director at Pendo LLC, which she joined in 2008. Ms. Torres has over 8 years experience in the financial industry. As a general analyst, Ms. Torres conducts bottom-up fundamental research. Ms. Torres is also responsible for the implementation of investment decisions and adherence to Pendo's trading policies and procedures, including trade rotation and execution. In addition, she is in charge of the administration of Pendo's portfolio management and trade order management systems, including all related technical and operational aspects. Ms. Torres also heads Pendo's performance reporting and verification of performance according to GIPS© standards. Ms. Torres began her financial career in 2007 as an administrative assistant at Horizon Asset Management, Inc., where she worked directly with Tina Larsson. Ms. Torres attended Marymount Manhattan College.
